Our Process Engineering staff have a broad knowledge base and experience with commodity, engineering, and specialty resins. We also have the ability and experience to easily handle multiple projects and apply scientific and systematic molding principles through instrumentation, DOE, SPC, etc.
The Hunter Douglas Plastics & Die Casting Center Division has a fully equipped tool shop and a skilled work force with over 30 years of mold making and mold design experience. Our tooling engineers are supported by a vast array of design software including Unigraphics and Auto CAD that enables them to easily communicate with our customers and to transfer files electronically.
We work closely with our customers to help them better develop and refine their specific product requirements. Our engineering staff can take your specifications and custom design the tooling necessary for the production of your components. We have a keen ability to work within the boundaries of the process to create custom quality parts and we will make every effort to assist you in refining your parts to better meet your production needs.
Our mold, die and assembly related experience and expertise allows us not only to take a project from conception all the way through production, but also to do it in the most efficient manner.
