Hunter Douglas Custom Components has available
two vision based coordinate measuring machines
for inspecting product and for doing complete
first article inspections. Other inspection tools
include calipers, custom go / no-go gages, pin
gages, torque gages, push / pull gages and fit
and function checks. H.D.C.C. has the capability
to customize inspections to meet the specific
needs of customers.
We incorporate both the Hunter Lab and MacBeth
color measurement systems into our production
process. All production is also visually matched
for color.
Each part produced by Hunter Douglas Custom Components
has its own unique inspection criteria which
includes dimensional, functional and mating part
fit checks. Product is inspected at specified
intervals by trained machine operators to insure
product quality.
With attention for detail, and use of continuous
improvement techniques, the goal of the Hunter
Douglas Custom Components is to exceed customer
expectations.
